I came to yoga for my own anxiety, on the advice of a doctor in Hong Kong who I will be forever grateful for. I started with hot yoga, then found alignment, and to say it changed my life is an understatement. It supported my mental health, gave me purpose, direction, and eventually a career. Teaching yoga isn't something I fell into. It's something yoga gave me.
That passion hasn't faded, and nearly a decade on, I still pinch myself that this is my work.
My foundation was built at Pure Yoga Hong Kong, where I spent eight years teaching everything, every style, every level, every kind of person. Hot 26, alignment, vinyasa, restorative, privates, packed studios of 100. It shaped me as a teacher and, honestly, as a person.
I specialise in alignment based yoga rooted in Iyengar principles, and Hot 26, though I teach across all styles. I trained with Patrick Creelman, Jason Crandell, and Missy Szymanski, completing over 850 hours across foundation, advanced, and specialist programmes. My teaching style is direct, supportive, and intentional — I sequence with a clear goal in mind, taking bodies and minds on a deliberate path toward a specific experience.
Now, nine years in, I run my own events internationally — retreats, workshops, and continuing education trainings (CET) for teachers. I currently teach at The Path in Bali and return to Hong Kong regularly throughout the year to teach.
I am grateful for every student who has supported me along the way to form this community, which is like true family to me. I look forward to welcoming those new here soon.
